Before private practice, Mr. Lembcke served as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Fraud Section, and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Jacksonville. Since 1977, he has built an impressive resume in criminal defense and civil litigation, including international discovery in aid of foreign litigation. Karen Litt Lippes has practiced since 1980, and has her Masters of Law degree in Taxation. Her practice is focused on complex criminal fraud cases, complex civil litigation, and appeals, including civil RICO lawsuits and fraud-related criminal charges.
Mr. Lembcke and Mr. Lippes both worked for Datz, Jacobson, Lembcke & Wright, P.A., a well-respected firm in Jacksonville, Florida, until the firm dissolved in 2003.
